PRICING

Pricing does not include engraving or printing. All pricing and specifications on this website supercede all previously published prices and are subject to change without notice. Minimum invoice is $30.00.

PAYMENT

All custom orders require 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion. All terms are COD unless net terms are previously estalished. There is $25 charge for returned checks.

SHIPPING

All shipments are F.O.B. Houston, TX C.O.D. Additional charges are based on carrier's current rate. We hold no responsibility for orders lost in transit, and we cannot guarantee "carrier's" delivery time. For foreign shipments, submit all necessary forms with order. A handling charge of $20.00 applies per location.

DROP SHIPMENTS

A charge of $3.00 will be added for each additional ship location with furnished labels. $5.00 if we produce the labels.

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized in writing. Unauthorized returns will be reshipped and charges for freight and handling will be billed. Claims for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. A 10 percent restocking fee will be charged for stock items.

REORDERS

When reordering, please refer to previous invoice number and date of last order. This will enable us to locate original in a timely manner. Also, please specify any changes to the original order.
